Our Accounting & QuickBooks instructor is a guru when it comes to QuickBooks.  She has spent over a decade using the program and has many years of hands on experience as a bookkeeper.  In addition, she is part of the Intuit beta testing team, and helps Intuit to catch snags in the system before it is released to the general public.  This helps her to ensure that her students are going to learn on a system that performs the way it should.  It also allows her a sneak peek into the new program so she knows what updates and changes have been made.  

Our instructor not only teaches QuickBooks, she is also a valued member of the Sleeter Group team, an accounting solutions group based out of California.  She has spent the past three years editing and proofing their QuickBooks Learning Guides.  These learning guides are used nationally and were even Intuit’s text of choice for two years in a row.  She currently has four different texts under her belt and is gearing up to start working on a QuickBooks Online Guide.

Being an instructor isn’t her only passion, she is just as motivated by teaching as she is by helping her graduates find long lasting employment.  She is there with them every step of the way, and even helps students once they are employed.  Whether it is helping them set up their new company, to advice on a chart of accounts, our graduates have her support for a lifetime.
