Our unique, hands-on, interactive instruction offers coursework at the beginner or advanced level, according to the student's individual needs and pace.  If you have never used a computer before or have already had exposure to some QuickBooks or Microsoft Office programs, we can customize your training to ensure your time is spent productively. 

As a registered member of the Microsoft Partner Program (ID# 3091841), we are able to offer the most up-to-date software training available. Students will learn to use QuickBooks 2015 proficiently. This includes: set-up, product knowledge, list management, sales, purchases, payroll, reports, basic accounting functions, and more. 

Microsoft modules cover Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2010.  Some students may be able to go onto Access & Outlook 2010 training as well, at no additional cost.  The Microsoft Word 2010 program prepares students in creating, customizing, organizing, formatting, using visual content, reviewing, sharing, securing contents of documents,etc.  The Microsoft Excel 2010 program prepares students in creating, manipulating and formatting data, formulas, presenting data visually, securing data in worksheets, etc.  Microsoft PowerPoint covers organizing slides into sections, embed, edit and play videos in presentations, apply artistic effects to pictures, as well as deliver and share presentations more effectively.  Computer coursework includes: Windows, word processing, spreadsheets and email fundamentals.

Upon completion of the course students will have all the tools needed to obtain their QuickBooks 2015 end-user certification and up to 5 Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certifications.  Career development including; free professional resume writing services, cover letter writing, interview techniques, professional networking, follow-up techniques and more!  Employment Placement Assistance is also included in the course. 

Graduates will be able to enjoy successful careers in a variety of professional office environments in roles such as Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant, Administrative Support Specialist, Office Assistant, Document Specialist, Executive Secretary, Spreadsheet Specialist, Customer Service Professional, Office Manager, Receptionist, Secretary, etc. As an added feature, you're allowed to take free refreshers on Microsoft Office products for up to 2 years after entrance into our program!  Applicable tests will be taken on the same level and offered on-site.
